What to make with strawberries besides jam: a simple dessert idea

The strawberry season has begun. Many people love to eat this berry fresh, and it also makes delicious jam. But a really good idea would be to make muffins with strawberries – store-bought pastries with fruit fillings are definitely a loser here.

The idea of making delicious muffins with strawberries was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Oksana Svitlyk (cooking_by_sofi_).

Ingredients:

• eggs - 3 pcs.
• sugar - 250 g
• vanilla sugar - 1 sachet
• butter - 80 g
• flour - 370 g

• baking powder - 10 g
• milk - 140 g
• butter - 70 g
• salt - 0.5 tsp
• strawberries

Method of preparation:

1. Beat soft butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.

2. Add milk, oil, and salt to the eggs and beat with a whisk until smooth.

3. Pour the egg mixture into the butter in 2-3 additions and beat until smooth.

4. Mix the flour with the baking powder.

5. Sift in 2 passes until well blended, mix.

7. Add chopped strawberries, and mix again.

8. Put into the molds.

9. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 30 minutes.
