- potatoes
- carrot
- egg
- butter
- sour cream
- milk
- cottage cheese
- salt

1. Cook the potatoes until tender.
2. Boil the egg.
3. Make the vegetable filling: chop carrots and onions (or other vegetables of your choice).

4. Fry them.
5. Add the egg to the vegetables. Stir to combine.
6. Mash the potatoes. Add salt and milk.
Butter for the dish

7. Divide the mass into 2 equal parts.
8. Grease a casserole dish with butter and sprinkle with flour (you can sprinkle with breadcrumbs too).
9. Put one part of the mashed potatoes and spread the vegetable filling on top.

10. Add the 2nd part.
11. For crispy top, brush with sour cream.
12. Drizzle with melted butter.

13. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
14. All ingredients are ready, so bake until golden brown.
