Despite the fact that shawarma is a delicious and beloved dish, it is not always healthy in the classic version. So, you can make it yourself in a new way, without harmful mayonnaise and spicy ketchup. By choosing the right ingredients for the filling and a healthy sauce, you'll get a well-balanced and fairly dietary meal.

Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 80 g
- cabbage - 50 g
- tomatoes - 50 g
- hard cheese - 30-30 g
- pita bread - 1 sheet (80-100 g)

For the sauce:
- 1.6-2.5% white yogurt - 50-60 g
- mustard
Method of preparation:
1. Prepare the fillet in advance. It can be boiled, baked or stewed in its own juice under a lid.

2. Cut the finished fillet randomly.
3. Chop the cabbage and tomatoes.
4. Cut or grate the hard cheese.

5. Mix the ingredients for the sauce. You can choose any kind of mustard: strong, light, Dijon or a mix of all.
6. Lubricate a sheet of pita bread with the resulting sauce.
Preparation
7. Put the fillet, vegetables and cheese. Roll up.
8. Put the shawarma on a dry pan and fry for a few minutes on each side until golden brown.
