What to make a quick and budget-friendly lunch with: just use phyllo dough

If you don't want to spend a lot of time preparing a hearty meal, you can make a pie with phyllo dough. It doesn't need to be kneaded and goes well with any filling. It is delicious to add minced meat, mushrooms, and lots of cheese.

Ingredients:
- phyllo dough - 10 sheets
- cream - 250 ml
- sulguni cheese - 100 g
- mozzarella in brine - 100 g
- chicken thighs without skin - 2-3 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- garlic - 2 cloves
- butter - a piece
- salt and pepper
Method of preparation:

1. Cut the onion into half rings.
2. Chop the garlic and chicken very finely.

3. Fry the onion and garlic until soft.
4. Add chicken and cook until ready.
Grease with the egg

5. Add cream, bring to a boil and remove from heat.
6. Fold the phyllo dough in a baking dish.
Top with the filling

7. Brush the dough well with melted butter.
Add cheese

8. Pour the chicken mixture over, sprinkle with cheese and bake at 180-190 degrees for 25-30 minutes until a nice cheese crust.
9. Let cool slightly and enjoy the unsurpassed taste.
