All you need to do is stew the apples in a frying pan and then serve them with cottage cheese, raisins, and natural honey. Simple ingredients, but a very successful combination.
Confectioner Lilia Tsvit (lilijatsvit) shared a recipe for a healthy breakfast of apples and cottage cheese on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- apples - 2 pcs.
- cinnamon - a pinch
- cottage cheese - 150 g
- raisins - 30 g
- natural honey
Method of preparation:
1. Put the apples in a frying pan. Pour a little water and simmer the apples under the lid until tender.
2. Put the cooked apples on a plate and sprinkle with cinnamon.
3. Put the cottage cheese on the apples. Sprinkle the cottage cheese with raisins.
4. Pour natural honey over the apples and cottage cheese.
