Ingredients for bolognese sauce:
- minced meat - 650 g
- fresh tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- tomato sauce - 300 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- garlic - 3-4 cloves
- salt, pepper
- oil
Ingredients for bechamel sauce:
- butter - 100 g
- milk - 800 ml.
- flour - 150 g
- nutmeg - 0.5 tsp.
- salt - 1 tsp.
Ingredients for lasagna:
- ready-made lasagna leaves - 12 pcs.
- mozzarella cheese - 350-400 g

1. For the bolognese sauce, fry the onion and minced meat.
2. Add the sauce and tomatoes.

3. Season with salt and pepper, squeeze the garlic and simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Prepare the bechamel sauce.

5. Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour and stir.
6. Gradually pour in milk, stirring all the time. Add nutmeg and salt and remove from heat.

7. Pour the bechamel sauce on the bottom of the baking sheet, then add the lasagna sheet, bolognese sauce and grated cheese.

8. Repeat this layer by layer.
9. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
