What to cook chops from other than meat: a budget recipe

In addition to meat and fillets, chops can be made from chicken hearts. They cook very quickly, are flavorful, soft and tender. Flour and eggs are used as a batter.

Food blogger Marina Novikova with the nickname marisha_recepti shared a recipe for chicken heart chops on her Instagram page.

Ingredients:

• chicken hearts
• salt, pepper
• flour
• eggs

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the chicken hearts in half, peel off the tubes and films.

2. Beat off the chicken hearts under the film.

3. Then mix the hearts with salt and pepper. Stir and leave for 10 minutes.

4. Dip the chicken hearts first in flour, then - the egg.

5. Fry on both sides in a frying pan.
