Delicious homemade buns can be prepared without baking, simply by frying in a pan. The basis of these buns is a simple dough made with water and yeast, which makes them grow well and turn out to be very soft and fluffy.

Food blogger Inna Levenets, with nickname inna_levenets, shared a recipe for frying buns on her Instagram page.

Method of preparation:

1. Mix flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and yeast. The baking powder in the dough is needed to give the product a delicate and porous texture.

2. Add warm water and oil to the mass. Knead the dough, form a ball, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
