Meatballs are often quite dry. Especially when they are made from dietary meat. So to make the dish tender and juicy, you should add a few simple ingredients to the minced meat.

The idea of cooking juicy chicken cutlets was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Victoria with the nickname cook_with_me_at_home. According to this recipe, butter and milk are added to the dish.

Ingredients:

  • chicken - 1.3 kg
  • onion - 400 g
  • butter - 40 g
  • white bread - 180 g
  • milk - 250 ml
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • spices: salt, pepper, paprika - to taste
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • oil for frying

Method of preparation:

1. Chop the onion and fry in oil until soft, transparent, and browned, add the squeezed garlic at the end, mix, and set aside.

2. Pour milk over the bread.

3. Wash the chicken, dry it, and twist it through a meat grinder.

4. For these cutlets, it is best to use the meat from the chicken thigh, it will make them even juicier.

5. Add the fried onions and squeezed bread to the meat in a meat grinder. Add spices, and finely chopped parsley, mix well, and finally beat off the minced meat.

6. Heat the oil in a frying pan.

7. Then work with gloves (it is easier to work with cutlets in them): spoon the minced meat, put it in the palm of your hand, form a cutlet, and beat it lightly in your hands.

8. Put in preheated vegetable oil and fry over medium heat until brown on both sides.

9. If desired, the fried cutlets can also be put in a baking dish and kept in the oven for 15 minutes at 170 °C.
