Ingredients:

  • Minced pork 1 kg.
  • Raw potatoes - 2 pcs.
  • Onions - 3 pcs.
  • Eggs - 1 pc
  • Salt, pepper - to taste
  • Breadcrumbs - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Grind pork and onions with a meat grinder.
  2. Add chopped onion, potatoes, egg, salt, and pepper to the minced meat.
  3. Mix thoroughly and beat off.
  4. Form small patties and roll in breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry the pork and potato patties in heated vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown for 10-15 minutes.

Preparing minced meat for cutlets

Ingredients:

  • Minced meat - 500-600 g
  • Potatoes - 2 pieces ⠀
  • Onions - 2-3 pieces ⠀
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Greens.
  • Tomatoes -1 pc ⠀
  • Salt, pepper - to taste ⠀
  • Oil ⠀

Method of preparation: ⠀

  1. Add the onion chopped on a coarse grater to the minced meat.
  2. Add finely chopped garlic, tomato, sliced potatoes, and finely chopped herbs.
  3. Add spices and mix thoroughly
  4. Form the patties. ⠀
  5. Fry in a small amount of oil on one side, then turn over, cover, and cook over low heat for about 10-15 minutes. ⠀
  6. Serve the cutlets with vegetables and fresh herbs.
