Ingredients:
- potatoes - 3 pcs large
- carrots - 1 pc
- onion - 1 pc
- fillet - 1 pc
- tomato paste - 3 tbsp
- pickled cucumbers - 3 pcs
- lemon - 1 pc
- pitted olives - 10-15 pcs
- hunting sausage - 150 g
- balyk - 200 g
- parsley - a bunch
- bay leaf, salt, pepper
- sour cream
Method of preparation:
Sausages for cooking solyanka
1. Boil the fillets in a saucepan.
2. While the fillet is cooking, peel the vegetables.
3. Dice the onion, cucumbers and potatoes, and grate the carrots.

4. Cut the hunting sausages and balyk into cubes.
5. When the fillet is cooked, remove it from the pan. Add potatoes to our broth and cook over low heat.
6. While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the tomato fry.

7. Fry the onions and carrots for 3 minutes. Add the sliced sausages and fillets. Fry for 3 minutes. Stir and add the chopped cucumbers.
8. Dissolve the tomato paste with water and pour it into the pan. Stir and cover with a lid. Simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes.
