  • kefir – 120 g
  • oil – 1 tbsp
  • soda – 1/2 tsp
  • flour – 250 g

1. Combine the egg, sugar, salt, yogurt and oil. Beat the ingredients well with a whisk until smooth.

2. Add baking soda and mix well.

3. Then add the flour in parts and knead a homogeneous, non-sticky dough. You may need more or less flour.

5. Divide the dough into the required number of equal parts. Add flour if the dough is sticky.
