- eggs – 1 pc.
- sugar – 1/2 tbsp
- salt – 1/2 tsp
- kefir – 120 g
- oil – 1 tbsp
- soda – 1/2 tsp
- flour – 250 g

1. Combine the egg, sugar, salt, yogurt and oil. Beat the ingredients well with a whisk until smooth.
2. Add baking soda and mix well.
3. Then add the flour in parts and knead a homogeneous, non-sticky dough. You may need more or less flour.

4. First, form all the pies and then fry them, because you may not have time to form the next batch while the previous one is cooking.
5. Divide the dough into the required number of equal parts. Add flour if the dough is sticky.
6. Roll each part into a ball, and roll each into an oval.

7. Put the filling in the center, and form a pie.
8. Heat enough oil in a deep frying pan over high heat. Then turn up the heat to medium.
