To save time on preparing desserts, you can make a cake in a frying pan. The cakes will fry very quickly, and you just need to top them with a delicate cream.

The idea of making a fluffy cake in a frying pan was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anna with the nickname fil.anna. The cream is made with cream and chocolate paste.

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • sugar - 200 g
  • milk - 350 g
  • oil - 100 g
  • flour - 300 g
  • cocoa - 40 g
  • baking powder - 10 g
  • baking soda - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy.

2. Add milk, oil, baking soda. Mix well.

3. Combine the flour, cocoa and baking powder together and mix.

4. Add to the liquid ingredients.

5. Beat with a mixer until smooth.

6. Fry in a frying pan on both sides: first for 4-5 minutes under the lid, as soon as bubbles appear on top - turn to the other side and fry uncovered for another 2-3 minutes.

7. Cool the finished cakes completely.

Ingredients for the cream:

  • chocolate paste - 130 g
  • cream - 400 g
  • powder - 50 g

Method of preparation of the cream:

1. Combine all the ingredients for the cream.

2. Spread the cakes with cream on the top and sides.

3. Decorate as desired.

4. Put in the refrigerator for soaking.
