Pomegranates are very healthy for the whole body, so it is definitely worth adding to your diet. Moreover, it is not just a sweet snack but also a very good ingredient for making a delicious spectacular salad.
The idea of making a spectacular salad with pomegranate was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Tetiana (tania_sheremet).

Ingredients:
- arugula
- pear
- pomegranate
- walnut
- brie cheese
Ingredients for the dressing:

- sunflower oil - 3 tbsp.
- honey - 1 tsp.
- balsamic sauce (do not confuse with vinegar) - 1 tsp.
- mustard seeds - 1 tsp.
- garlic - 1 clove
- lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Put arugula on a plate. Cut pear into slices, pour lemon juice over it, and cut brie cheese into slices. Put everything on a plate. Add pomegranate seeds and chopped walnuts.
2. For the dressing, mix oil, mustard, balsamic sauce, honey, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and garlic. Stir and dress the salad.
