  • egg - 1 pc.
  • kefir - 200 ml
  • salt and soda - a pinch
  • sweetener - to taste
  • whole wheat flour - 150 g
  • mint to taste
  • orange - 1 pc.
  • oil for frying

Preparation of fluffy pancakes

Method of preparation:

  1. Beat the egg with kefir or yogurt at room temperature.
  2. Add salt, sweetener, baking soda, and mix well.
  3. Add flour to the kefir mixture and mix until smooth.
  4. Wash the mint well, dry it, and chop finely.
  5. Grate the orange zest on a fine grater. Add the mint and zest to the dough and mix.
  6. Fry on both sides.
  7. Serve with berry sauce or condensed milk.

  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • sugar - 5 tbsp.
  • vanilla sugar
  • kefir - 0.5 liters

Ingredients:

  • flour -140 g
  • baking soda -1/3 tsp.
  • baking powder -1 tsp.
  • butter -120 g
  • cocoa - 45 g

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • sugar - 130 g
  • sour cream or kefir - 125 g

Method of preparation:

  1. Mix flour with baking powder and baking soda.
  2. Melt the butter, add chocolate and cocoa. Stir until smooth.
  3. Beat eggs with sugar, and stir in the chocolate mass.
  4. Add the dry ingredients and kefir alternately. Finish with the dry ingredients.
  5. Put the finished dough into molds.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 30 minutes.
