Recipe

Ingredients:

  • liver - 50 g
Liver for the dish
  • lettuce leaves, spinach - 50 g
Fresh spinach
  • cherry tomatoes - 4-5 pcs.

  • orange - 1 pc.

  • oil or ghee

  • salt - a pinch

For the dressing:

  • hot mustard - 1 tsp.

  • honey - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Wash, peel, dry and cut the liver.

2. Heat a pan and fry the liver well in oil in small portions so that the pieces do not touch each other.

4. Season with salt.
