Ingredients:

  • pork - 800 g
  • potatoes - 500 g
  • carrots - 1 pc
  • onion - 1 pc
  • red beans - 100 g (dry)
  • flour - 4 tbsp
  • tomato paste - 2 tbsp
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • bay leaves - 2 pcs
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp
  • allspice - 3 pcs
  • herbs
  • salt
  • pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the beans.

2. Cut the meat and fry it until golden brown.

3. Chop the carrot and onion. Put in a saucepan with bay leaves and pepper.

4. Add the meat, cover with water and cook for 40 minutes.

5. Add the potatoes and cook for another 20 minutes.

7. Meanwhile, fry the flour, pour a little broth from the pan, mash the mixture and pour it into the pan.

8. Add paprika, salt, tomato paste and garlic. Cook for 20 minutes and leave for a while.

  • boiling water - 250 ml

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the beans.

2. Cut the fillet and fry with seasonings until tender.
