Chef, finalist of the culinary project "MasterChef. Professionals" Alik Mkrtchyan shared a recipe for cooking homemade turkey boujenina. Alik, who is called the god of meat in restaurant circles, advises to bake the bird with apricots.

Alik says that baked turkey can be served both hot (as a main dish) and cold (as boujenina).

The meat turns out very juicy.
