Tiramisu is a popular classic dessert based on savoyardi biscuits, buttercream, and coffee. Any experienced pastry chef can make this dish. And for those who are looking for a simpler version, there is a roll that tastes very similar to the famous culinary masterpiece.

Ingredients for the sponge cake:
- eggs - 5 pcs
- flour - 110 g
- sugar - 120 g
- corn starch - 20 g
- vanilla sugar (-1 p) or lemon zest

Ingredients for the cream:
- cream cheese - 300 g
- cream 33% - 150 ml
- powdered sugar - 70 g
Ingredients for the impregnation:
- natural brewed coffee - 150 ml
- chocolate bar - 1 pc.

Method of preparation:
1. First of all, brew coffee so that it cools down by the time it is soaked.
2. Prepare the cream: whip cold cream with cold cream cheese and powdered sugar until thick. Put the cream in the refrigerator.

3. Sponge cake (room temperature products): separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites at low speed, then gradually add the sugar (+ vanilla sugar) and beat at high speed until stiff peaks form.
4. Add one egg yolk after each one and beat until just mixed. Next, sift in the flour mixed with starch (if you want to add zest, but not vanilla sugar, add it at this stage).

5. Stir gently with a spatula. Put on a baking sheet covered with siliconized parchment and bake at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes (+-) until a skewer comes out dry.
6. Take it out, cover it with another parchment with a wire rack, turn it over, and remove the parchment on which it was baked. Cover the sponge cake with a towel and roll it carefully into a roll, leave it to cool completely.

7. Unwrap the roll, soak in coffee, spread with cream, sprinkle with grated chocolate, and roll again. Wrap in cling film or parchment and place in the refrigerator for several hours.
8. Take it out, soak the top of the roll with coffee, and sprinkle with cocoa and the rest of the chocolate bar.
