Ingredients

• Cottage cheese 9% - 400 g
• Condensed milk - 100 g
• Butter 82.5% - 20 g
• White chocolate - 50 g
• Milk chocolate - 50 g
• Chocolate 80% - 50 g

Method of preparation

1. Add butter at room temperature and condensed milk to the cottage cheese, beat well with a blender until creamy.

2. Divide the mass into 3 parts, melt each type of chocolate separately, and add chocolate to each part of the curd mass. Mix well.

3. Put the cheesecloth in the mold, turn it over with the narrow part down, start with white chocolate, then milk chocolate and then black chocolate.

4. Put it in the fridge for a few hours.
