Light vegetable salads are always popular at any time of the year. To make a familiar dish in an unusual way, it's enough to add spices and the right amount of vegetable oil. However, it should be heated beforehand. This way, it brings out the flavor of spices and vegetables even more.

Recipe for a light vegetable salad.
Ingredients:
- cucumbers - 1 pc
- carrots - 1 pc
- sweet pepper - 1 pc
- tomatoes - 2 pcs
- green onions - 1 bunch
- garlic - 2-3 cloves
- cilantro
- dill
- vegetable oil - 50 ml
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- salt, pepper, paprika
Vegetables for the dish.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the cucumber, carrot, pepper and tomatoes into strips.
2. Chop the herbs and onion.
3. Squeeze the garlic.
4. Add spices.
Warm oil brings out the flavor of vegetables and spices in salads.
5. Heat oil and dress the salad.
6. Add soy sauce and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
