Dough:
- Warm milk - 250 ml
Dough ferment
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.
- Flour - 2 tbsp.

Method of preparation:
1. For the dough ferment: pour dry yeast, sugar, flour into warm milk, mix until smooth, cover and leave for 15-20 minutes to activate the yeast and create a foamy "cap".

2. Dough: sift the flour, add salt and sugar, pour in the melted butter at room temperature, then add the eggs and the finished dough, knead the dough, cover it and put it in a warm place for 1 hour.

3. For the filling: heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, add the finely chopped onion and grated garlic, fry until soft. Add the minced meat, fry until the meat turns white, then add the shredded cabbage, simmer for 15 minutes. At the end, add salt and pepper and stir.

4. Put the finished dough on a board, divide into 12 pieces, form into balls, be sure to cover with a towel to prevent the dough from getting windy.

5. Roll out each piece of dough into a circle, put the filling inside, shape the pies, place them seam-side down on a baking sheet covered with parchment, cover again with cling film, and leave to proof for 30 minutes.
