The most original pizza with beets and homemade sausage according to the recipe of Yevhen Klopotenko
Pizza is one of the favorite dishes of many people. Moreover, it is very easy to prepare. You just need to make a good dough and choose any delicious toppings, from fish, vegetables, meat, to cheese and berries.
Chef Yevhen Klopotenko has come up with an incredible recipe for the most unusual and easy-to-make pizza with a winter, healthy vegetable - beets - and delicious homemade sausage. The chef shared a step-by-step detailed recipe on his YouTube channel (to watch the video, scroll to the end of the page).
Ingredients:
- flour - 300 g
- kefir - 200 ml
- sunflower oil - 4 tbsp.
- sugar - 1/2 tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp.
- baking powder - 1/2 tbsp. l.
The filling:
- baked beets - 1 pc.
- mushrooms - 100 g
- tomatoes in their own juice - 200 g
- homemade sausage - 200 g
- oregano - 1 tbsp
- sorrel - a bunch
- hard cheese - 80 g
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Dough: in a bowl, combine flour, kefir, oil, sugar, salt and baking powder. Mix everything thoroughly so that the dough is elastic and does not stick to your hands.
2. Immediately roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 mm, place it on the parchment and form small sides with your hands.
3. Mash the tomatoes well with a fork in their own juice and put them on the dough, sprinkle with oregano.
4. Bake the beets in the oven until tender.
5. Cut the mushrooms into large pieces - preferably into 4 pieces, the beets into thin slices and put them all on the dough.
6. Cut the sausage into thin rings and place on the beets and mushrooms.
7. Cut the cheese into thin slices, but do not put it right away, it will need to be added during cooking.
8. Put the pizza in a preheated 260°C oven for only 8 minutes.
9. Then take out the pizza and put slices of cheese on top.
10. Return the pizza to the oven for 2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
11. Simply wash the sorrel, separate the long stems and put the leaves on the finished pizza.
