It's very easy to cook delicious salmon at home in a frying pan. To do this, you need to make a delicate creamy sauce and simply stew the fish in it. The meat just melts in your mouth.

The idea of cooking tender salmon in a creamy sauce was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Kateryna with the nickname katherine.khoma. The cream should be at least 20%.

Ingredients:

  • salmon – 400 g
  • ground black pepper
  • salt
  • butter – 15 g
  • small yellow onion – 1 pc
  • vegetable broth – 100 ml
  • dried tomatoes (I took with garlic and basil) – 2 tsp
  • cream from 20% – 200 ml
  • spinach leaves – 70 g
  • olive oil for frying

Method of preparation:

1. Season the fish with salt and pepper to taste.

2. Fry on all sides in olive oil until golden brown.

3. Transfer to a clean plate and set aside.

4. Melt the butter in the same frying pan.

5. Add chopped onion and fry until transparent.

6. Add the vegetable broth and let the sauce evaporate slightly.

7. Reduce the heat to low, add the dried tomatoes, cream, and simmer, stirring, until smooth.

8. Add salt and pepper to taste.

9. Add the spinach leaves and sauté for a few more minutes.

10. Stir and let the sauce thicken slightly.

11. Return the fish to the skillet, pour the sauce over it, and let it warm up for a few minutes.

12. Serve with your favorite garnish.
