The best pizza dough that can be stored in the refrigerator for a long time
Who doesn't love a delicious, aromatic pizza with tasty, spicy, cheese, and meat toppings? But the toppings are not the main thing in this dish, the main thing is the dough. It is the dough that determines the taste and structure of the pizza. Often, even the most experienced hostesses fail to make it well.

Ingredients:
- Water (warm) - 250 ml
- Flour - 400 g
- Yeast (dry, fast-acting) - 1 package
- Sugar - 7 g
- Salt - 6 g
- Olive oil - 30 g
- Semolina - 50 g
Sauce:
- Mayonnaise/yogurt - 100 g
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp.
- Garlic - 1-2 cloves.
- Black pepper - to taste
- Parmesan cheese - 50 g
Filling:
- Fillet - 2 pcs.
- Paprika, dried garlic, salt, pepper - to taste
- Oil - 1-2 tbsp.
- Cherry tomatoes - 5-7 pcs.
- Lettuce leaves - 50 g
- Mozzarella - 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Dough: heat a little water, add salt, sugar and yeast, mix well.
2. Sift the flour, add it to the yeast, then immediately pour in the olive oil and knead the dough with your hands, letting it rise for about 30-40 minutes.
3. Fill: cut the fillet, salt and pepper, add spices and fry until golden brown in vegetable oil.
4. For the sauce: add Worcestershire sauce, garlic, pepper and Parmesan to the yogurt, mix well.
5. Divide the finished dough into three parts, sprinkle the table with semolina and roll it out.
6. Brush with the sauce, put the meat, chopped mozzarella, tomatoes and put in the oven for 7-10 minutes at 220°C.
7. Add chopped tomatoes and lettuce to the remaining sauce and put it on the finished pizza, it will be even tastier.
