Pears are very tasty, healthy, and budget-friendly autumn fruits that can be eaten raw or baked, added to pies, casseroles, and made into jam.

How to bake pears deliciously

The cook shared a recipe for delicious baked pears with cottage cheese, honey, and almond flakes on Instagram.

Dessert recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 pears
  • 250 g of ricotta cheese
  • 1 tsp. stevia/honey/sugar
  • blueberries
  • almond flakes/walnuts
  • cinnamon

Method of preparation:

1. Mix the ricotta with the sweetener, cut the middle out of the pear.

2. Put the pears in a baking dish and fill with the cottage cheese filling. Add the berries, almond flakes, and cinnamon.

3. Put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
