Ingredients:

• gingerbread – 700 g

• liquid sour cream – 500 g
• sugar – 100 g

• Cherries – 500-700 g

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the biscuits in half.

2. Cover the mold with cling film.

3. Mix the sour cream with the sugar and put the cookies on top so that they are well-soaked.

4. Put the first layer of cookies in the mold, then cherries, cookies again, and cherries again. Sprinkle with cookies, cover with cling film, and refrigerate overnight.
