Sugar-free oatmeal cookies: you will need only 3 ingredients
In the summer, you don't really want to burden your body with a variety of high-calorie pastries. So if you still like a variety of pastries, you can use a healthy alternative and make delicious and dietary oatmeal cookies. You only need 3 ingredients for this dessert.

Ingredients:
- oatmeal - 150 g of cottage cheese
- tahini - 140 g (sesame paste)
- dates - 250 g
Method of preparation:
1. Pour boiling water over the dates. Leave them for 15 minutes, then peel them off and remove the seeds.
2. Blend the dates, tahini and oatmeal in a blender. If you want, you can use oatmeal flour right away.
3. Shape the dough into balls, flatten them, and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Put in a 180-degree oven for 10 minutes.
4. After cooling, sprinkle with salt.
