Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese - 600 g
- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Honey - 100 g
- Starch - 40 g
- Milk - 500 ml for cream + 100 ml for gelatin
- Gelatin - 20 g
- Vanilla - 1\4 tsp
Method of preparation:
- Pour gelatin with milk and leave for 10 minutes.
- Mix eggs with starch and a small part of the milk. Stir until the mass becomes homogeneous. Pour in the rest of the milk.
- Put the mass on the fire. When the first bubbles begin to appear, cook the cream for another 30-60 seconds.
- Heat the gelatin to 60 degrees.
- Beat the cottage cheese with a blender. Add the cream and gelatin. Beat until smooth.
- Put into the mold and refrigerate until it thickens.

Ingredients:
For the base:
- Cashews - 130 g
- Dried apricots - 130 g
For the cream:
- Honey - 140 g
- Cocoa - 150 ml
- Avocado - 3 pieces
- Seasonal berries - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Cashews should be pre-roasted in the oven: 5 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Chop the dried apricots. Put it together with the nuts in a blender. Put the resulting mass into a baking dish.
- Peel and core the avocado. Put it in a blender. Add honey and cocoa.
- Put the mixture into a baking dish with the nut base previously laid out.
- Put the cake in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Garnish the cake with seasonal berries.
