Stuffed peppers with a juicy filling for a hearty dinner: a simple recipe
Stuffed peppers are a delicious, hearty, and healthy dish that can be both a lunch and dinner option. You can use different products for the filling: meat, rice, mushrooms, even fish. Cheese and cream will add a delicate flavor to the dish.

Ingredients:
- bell pepper - 2 pcs.
Filling:
- chicken fillet - 200-300 g
- hard cheese - 50 g
- cherry tomatoes - 2-3 pcs.
- feta cheese - 100 g
Filling:
- eggs - 1 pc.
- cream - 100 ml
- sour cream - 3 tbsp.
- salt - to taste
- dry garlic - to taste
- oregano - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds.
2. Boil or bake the fillet, tear it or cut it into pieces.
3. Filling: beat eggs with salt, cream, add sour cream, oregano, garlic.
4. Cut the tomatoes in half, grate the hard cheese, and cut the feta into cubes.
5. Put the pepper halves on a baking sheet, put the filling in the pepper, pour the filling on top, and top with the feta cheese.
6. Put in the oven and bake the peppers for 35 minutes at 190 C.
