Stuffed chicken fillet in the oven: how to prepare a festive dish
No holiday or feast is complete without meat dishes. To prepare a delicious dish and surprise your guests, you don't need to spend half a day preparing meat. It can be done extremely simply and quickly by baking stuffed fillet with cheese.
The recipe for stuffed fillet with blue and cottage cheeses was shared by food blogger Olena. It was posted on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 4 pcs
- cheese with blue mold - 100 g
- 5-9% cottage cheese - 100 g
- dill - 5-6 sprigs
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. First, prepare the cottage cheese filling. Mix cottage and blue cheeses.
2. Chop the dill and add to the curd mass.
3. Next, prepare the fillets. Make cuts in each of them so that a so-called "pocket" is formed.
4. Put the filling and secure the sides of the fillets with a toothpick.
5. Fry the fillets until golden brown.
6. Put the fillets on a baking sheet, cover with foil and bake at 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Serve as a separate dish or with a side dish.
