Spring cabbage and cucumber salad with original dressing: prepared without mayonnaise

Cucumbers and young cabbage are a great combination of products for making light salads. These salads are best seasoned with vegetable oil rather than mayonnaise.

Young cabbage

The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for a very easy-to-prepare and delicious cabbage and cucumber salad.

Ingredients:

• 1/2 young cabbage
• 1 cucumber

Dressing:

• 3-4 sprigs of parsley
• 3-4 sprigs of dill
• 1/2 ripe avocado
• 30 g of nuts
• 30 g of olive oil
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 tsp of honey
• 1/3 tsp. salt

Method of preparation:

1. Finely chop the cabbage. Finely chop the cucumbers.

2. Dressing: whisk the greens with avocado, nuts, garlic and honey.

3. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, top with the dressing, and mix.
