Ingredients:

• peaches/nectarine

• butter
• Gorgonzola or any other cheese.

Cheese for the dish

• honey
• hazelnuts or walnuts

• thyme
• pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the peaches, divide them into 2 parts, and remove the pit.

2. Preheat the grill, brush with oil, place the peaches, and cook until golden for 1-2 minutes on both sides.

3. Place the cooked peaches on a platter, top with the cheese, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with pepper and thyme.
