Recipe for Korean-style carrots

Ingredients:

  • carrots - 1 kg (8 pcs.)

Ingredients for the marinade:

  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • sugar - 1 tbsp
  • vinegar - 30 ml
  • garlic - 40 g (1 head)
  • coriander (ground) - 2 tsp.
  • red pepper - 1/4 tsp.
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • oil - 100 ml
Grating carrots

Method of preparation:

1. Wash, peel and grate the carrots. Pour oil into a pan and add diced onion.
