If you like crispy pickled vegetables, make cucumbers in curry sauce for the winter. A very simple marinade will prevent the fruit from becoming soft even after a long time. The appetizer is perfect for a festive table or just for porridge or pasta.

Ingredients:
- cucumbers
- onions
- peppercorns
- 9% vinegar - 200 ml.
- sugar - 300 g
- salt - 1.5 tbsp
- curry seasoning - 25 g

1. Boil water for the marinade.
2. Add sugar, salt, curry seasoning and vinegar.

3. Once everything has boiled, the marinade is ready.
4. Soak fresh cucumbers in cold water for 2 hours.

5. Wash well.
6. Chop the onion.

7. Put it on the bottom of the jar.
8. Add cucumbers peppercorns tightly and pour the hot marinade over.
9. Cover with a lid and sterilize.
10. 10 minutes for half-liter jars and 12 minutes for liter jars from the moment of boiling. Then close tightly, cool and enjoy.
