Ingredients:
- Flour – 500g.
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Yeast – 1 tsp (with a slide)
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Kefir – 150 ml
- Warm water – 150 ml
- Oil – 2 tbsp
Method of preparation:
- Knead the soft dough, and leave it to rise.
- Then knead again and leave it.
- Grease a frying pan with oil and put the dough in it.
- Cover and leave for 15-20 minutes.
- Fry over low heat on both sides.
