Strawberries can be used for a no-bake dessert. If you don't heat it, it remains very juicy and flavorful. Just what you need for the summer.

Ingredients:
- strawberries (or any berries or fruits) - 400-500 g
- milk - 200 ml.
- cottage cheese - 400 g
- sugar - 120 g
- gelatin - 15 g + 90 ml of water
- vanilla or vanilla sugar

1. Cut the strawberries into small cubes.
2. Pour water over gelatin and set aside to swell.

3. Put the cottage cheese, milk, sugar, vanilla or vanilla sugar in a bowl and beat everything with a blender until smooth.
4. Melt the gelatin in a steam bath or in a microwave oven for 30 seconds several times.

5. Pour into the cottage cheese mixture and beat with a blender again.
6. Add the strawberries and mix everything with a spoon.

7. Wrap the mold in cling film.

8. Spread the curd mass, level the top with a spoon and cover with cling film.
9. Transfer to the refrigerator until ready.
