If you often prepare chocolate desserts for your family, it's a good idea to change the usual technology a bit in the summer and add seasonal cherries. The texture of the sponge cake will be very tender, juicy, and with a pleasant sourness.
The idea of making a chocolate cake with cherries was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Svitlana (recepti_svitlana21).

Ingredients for the sponge cake:
- eggs - 5 pcs.
- sugar - 200 g
- baking powder - 10 g
- flour - 160 g
- cocoa - 30 g
- milk - 100 ml
- vegetable oil - 70 g

Method of preparation:
1. Beat the eggs with sugar.
2. Add oil and milk.
3. Mix gently with a whisk.
4. Sift flour and cocoa.
5. Mix all the dry ingredients and add to the mass.
6. Pour into the mold and bake at 180 degrees until tender.

Ingredients for cherries in their own juice:
- cherries - 300 g
- sugar - 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Put on the fire.
2. Bring to a boil.
3. Boil for 1-2 minutes and drain the juice separately.
Ingredients for the soaking:
- cherry juice
- water
Ingredients for the cream:
- 33% cream - 500 g
- cream cheese (Philadelphia) - 400 g
- sugar - 200 g (can be added to your taste)

Method of preparation:
1. Whip cream with sugar.
2. Add Philadelphia cheese.
3. Beat until smooth.
Ingredients for the chocolate fondant:
- sugar - 10 tbsp.
- sour cream - 5 tbsp
- cocoa - 3 tbsp.
Decorating with cherries.

Method of preparation:
