  • gelatin - 20 g
  • water - 80 ml.
  • egg yolks - 3 pcs.
  • sugar - 75 g
  • milk - 300 ml.
  • white chocolate - 50 g
  • sour cream - 350 g
  • topping for serving

Method of preparation:

1. Pour cold water over the gelatin and leave for 15 minutes.

2. During this time, mix the egg yolks, sugar and milk.

3. Put on the fire.

4. Stirring, bring to a boil. It is important not to boil it as the mass may curdle.

5. Remove the pan from the heat, add the swollen gelatin, chocolate and stir until dissolved and smooth.

6. Put the sour cream in a bowl, add the gelatin mixture and mix well again.

7. Pour the dessert into a mold covered with cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.

8. When serving, pour the topping on top.
