- mackerel - 2 kg.
- tomatoes - 3 kg.
- onions - 1 kg.
- carrots - 1 kg.
- vegetable oil - 0.5 liters
- salt - 3 tbsp.
- sugar - 200 g.
- tomato paste - 200 g.

1. Clean the fish and cut it into pieces convenient for you.
2. Grind the tomatoes.

3. Cut the onion into half rings.
4. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

5. Stew onions and carrots in oil for an hour.
5. Add ground tomatoes, salt, sugar and simmer for another hour.

6. Add the fish and tomato paste and simmer for another 30 minutes.
