Ingredients:
- eggs - 3 pcs.

- tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- onion - 1/4 pc.
- bell pepper - 1/2 pc.

- zucchini - 1/2 pc.
- canned tomatoes - 300 g
- olives - 15 g

- parsley - 4 sprigs
- star - a pinch
- cream or yogurt - 15 g
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and pat dry the tomatoes. Then cut them into large cubes and place them in a bowl.

2. Peel the garlic, chop it finely and add to the tomatoes. Add the chopped onion too.
3. Wash the pepper. Cut into strips, and then into large cubes.
4. Cut the zucchini into cubes.

5. Add the tomatoes to the bowl with the vegetables, season with salt and olive oil.

6. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the vegetables over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until soft and make sure to add cumin.

7. Gently crack the eggs into the frying pan, add salt and cook for about 2-3 minutes over low heat.

8. Add natural yogurt or heavy cream.

9. Simmer the dish over low heat for about 7-10 minutes or put in a preheated oven to 220 C for 3-5 minutes.
