  • condensed milk - 200 ml
  • gelatin - 20 grams

  • vanilla sugar - 10 g
  • gelatin - 20 g
  • water - 100 g

Method of preparation:

1. Pour 20 g of instant gelatin into boiling water and stir until completely dissolved.

2. Whip the sour cream with condensed milk.

3. Add gelatin and beat thoroughly again.

4. Pour the sour cream into the mold and refrigerate.
