Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 9% cottage cheese - 400 g

  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • salt - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Cut butter at room temperature into cubes. Add the egg and salt.

2. Add cottage cheese and baking soda and mix well.

3. Blend until smooth and put in a water bath.

4. Melt the mixture, stirring for 5-7 minutes, blend again, and stir until the mass begins to move away from the walls (10-15 minutes).

5. Cover the mold with foil, pour in the cheese, seal the foil and refrigerate overnight.
