Rich and lean meatball soup: what to add for a better taste

It is the soup with meatballs that cooks the fastest of all the first courses. Minced meat does not need much time to cook. If you want the dish to be light, choose lean meat and add corn.

The idea of cooking a delicious soup with meatballs is published on the Instagram page of food blogger Katia with the nickname katia_cooking_. Be sure to add enough spices.

Ingredients:

  • potatoes – 6 large
  • carrots – 1 large
  • onion – 1 pc.
  • minced meat – 500 g
  • corn – 150 g
  • cream cheese – 200-250 g
  • spices for minced meat: salt, ground black pepper, paprika, seasoning for meatballs
  • spices for the soup: salt, pepper, soup seasoning
  • oil for frying carrots – 30 ml.

Method of preparation:

1. Put the potatoes on the fire and bring to a boil.

2. Grate the carrots and fry with spices until golden brown.

3. Then add to the potatoes, and stir.

4. Add corn, and reduce heat.

5. For the meatballs, add finely grated onion to the minced meat and mix well with your hands.

6. Form small meatballs and put them in boiling water.

7. Stir and after 2-3 minutes add cream cheese, and mix well.

8. Cover and cook over low heat for an hour.

9. Then add herbs and enjoy the delicate creamy flavor
