Today, we're going to tell you how to make a dish that everyone has known since childhood - a cottage cheese casserole with raisins. The recipe was shared on his Instagram page by the famous chef and judge of the MasterChef TV project Hector Jimenez-Bravo (to watch the video, scroll down to the end).
"This is an incredibly tasty and easy recipe. Treat yourself and your loved ones," Hector wrote.
- cottage cheese - 500 g
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- sour cream - 100 g
- honey - 120 g
- raisins - 40 g
- corn starch - 50 g
- vanilla sugar - to taste
- berries - to taste
- salt - a pinch
- butter - for greasing the mold
- Mix the cottage cheese, eggs, sour cream, honey, starch, salt, and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Mix well and beat with a blender. Add the raisins and stir.
- Grease a mold with butter. Pour the mixture into the mold, and garnish with berries.
- Put in a 180-degree oven and bake for 35 minutes.
