Today, we're going to tell you how to make a dish that everyone has known since childhood - a cottage cheese casserole with raisins. The recipe was shared on his Instagram page by the famous chef and judge of the MasterChef TV project Hector Jimenez-Bravo (to watch the video, scroll down to the end).

"This is an incredibly tasty and easy recipe. Treat yourself and your loved ones," Hector wrote.

  • cottage cheese - 500 g
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • sour cream - 100 g
  • honey - 120 g
  • raisins - 40 g
  • corn starch - 50 g
  • vanilla sugar - to taste
  • berries - to taste
  • salt - a pinch
  • butter - for greasing the mold
  1. Mix the cottage cheese, eggs, sour cream, honey, starch, salt, and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Mix well and beat with a blender. Add the raisins and stir.
  2. Grease a mold with butter. Pour the mixture into the mold, and garnish with berries.
  3. Put in a 180-degree oven and bake for 35 minutes.
