Appetizer recipe
Ingredients:
- Lightly salted herring - 1 pc.
- Boiled egg - 1 pc.
- Onion - 1/2 pc.
- Sour apple - 1/2 pc.
- Butter - 1 tbsp.
- Black pepper to taste
- Lemon juice (if the apple is not sour)
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the herring from the skin and bones and chop the fillet with a knife.

2. Grate the egg, onion and apple, add the butter. If the apple is not sour, you can add lemon juice and mix well.

3. Add the herring and mix everything thoroughly again and you're ready to eat!
