Raw adjika with horseradish and coriander: a recipe for a spicy sauce from Yevhen Klopotenko
Homemade adjika
The perfect sauce for meat is spicy adjika. It can be prepared in different ways, both raw and cooked. The basis of this sauce is tomatoes, sweet and hot peppers, and if you want to give the sauce an unusual flavor, just add new ingredients and spices, such as horseradish and coriander.

Culinary expert Yevhen Klopotenko shared on his website a recipe for delicious adjika with garlic and horseradish, which does not need to be cooked but can be eaten immediately – raw.

Ingredients:
- Plum tomatoes - 500 g

- garlic - 10-12 cloves
- horseradish root - 10 g
- chili pepper - 1 pc.

- salt - 2 tsp.

Method of preparation:
1. Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half and cut out the stem, put them in a bowl.

2. Wash the bell peppers and chillies, cut them in half, remove the seeds and cut out the stem. Cut into pieces that fit in a meat grinder and place in a bowl with the tomatoes.

3. Peel the garlic, peel the horseradish root and put it in a bowl with all the vegetables.

4. Grind tomatoes, sweet pepper, chili pepper, and garlic in a meat grinder.

Add salt and coriander to the mixture and mix.
