Ingredients:
- raspberries - 1230 g
- sugar - 1230 g
Method of preparation:
1. Cover raspberries with sugar. Leave in this position for 3-5 hours, so that the raspberries let the juice.
2. Put on the fire and bring to a boil.
3. At the same time, sterilize the jars along with the lids.
4. When the jam has boiled, cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Pour the boiling jam into jars. To prevent them from cracking, put a spoon into them.
6. Cover the jars with lids. Turn the jars upside down, cover with a towel.
