Do not put greens in the refrigerator without sorting them

After you've bought fresh herbs and brought them home, be sure to sort them out. You need to arrange the bunches and remove all the poor quality leaves. If this is not done, the greens will spoil very quickly.

Do not store herbs in an open bag

If oxygen gets into the bag of herbs, the product will not stay fresh for long. The storage container should be very tightly closed and airtight.

Do not wash the herbs immediately

If you store dill, parsley, green onions, or iceberg directly in the bag, do not wash these products immediately. Excess moisture will contribute to active spoilage. Wash the herbs from the bag immediately before use.

Do not freeze unwashed herbs
