To make a really delicious pizza, you don't need to spend a lot of time kneading dough and baking. There is a way to make a dish in a minimum amount of time, but it will be no worse than a traditional one. To do this, use a multicooker.

Ingredients:
- kefir - 150 ml
- sour cream - 2 tbsp
- salt - ½ tsp.
- baking soda - ½ tsp
- sugar - ½ tsp
- butter - 50 g
- flour - 280 g
For the filling:
- smoked sausage - 100 g
- boiled sausage - 50-70 g
- tomatoes - 1 piece
- picked tomato - 1 piece
- hard cheese - 50-70 g
- eggs - 2 pieces
- tomato sauce
Method of preparation:
Filling.
- Mix kefir and sour cream, add salt and baking soda, mix again and leave for 5-7 minutes.
- Turn on the multicooker and select the "Frying" mode. Melt the butter.
- Add sugar to the kefir and stir.
- Add the melted butter and make the mass homogeneous.
- Add flour in several stages and knead the soft dough, which should be slightly sticky.
- Divide the dough into 3-4 parts (depending on the size of the multicooker).
- Form the dough into a thin cake with your hands.
- Grease with tomato paste.
- Finely chop all the ingredients for the filling. Top the dough with it.
- Beat the eggs and brush the filling.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
- Close the multicooker and cook in the "Baking" mode for 30 minutes.
